Michelle’s experiences have shaped her vision of a community where everyone has a safe and stable place to call home. With almost 30 years dedicated to social issues, Michelle Woods has spent 13 years at Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County and the past 5 years as the Executive Director, leading efforts to provide affordable housing to local families. Her career has always been centered on uplifting those most vulnerable, from her early work in youth services to homeless support services to housing solutions. Habitat has allowed Michelle to spread her housing interest and passion to the Continuum of Care and the St. Charles County Housing Team where she focuses on creating a comprehensive housing plan for our community that will meet the needs of ALL of its residents of all abilities. In 2017, Michelle was recognized as the Visionary of the year by Vision Leadership of St. Charles County and she received the Community Builder- Visionary Award in 2019 by the Community Council. Michelle enjoys her time off and loves spending time camping, hiking and biking with family and friends.

Michelle's work includes collaborations with the Continuum of Care and the St. Charles County Housing Team to create a comprehensive housing plan for residents of all abilities. In 2019, she was recognized as the Visionary of the Year by Vision Leadership of St. Charles County and received the Visionary Award from the Community Council. In her free time, Michelle enjoys camping, hiking, and biking with family and friends.

Tony Bradbury

Tony, with over 25 years in the construction industry, serves as the Director of Construction at Habitat St. Charles. He oversees construction activities at build sites, including contracts, design, estimating, and scheduling, while ensuring quality and safety with skilled workers and volunteers.


Before joining Habitat for Humanity in 2014, he built homes with a developer and ran his own contracting business.

 

Tony values being part of a mission that changes lives for future generations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, riding his motorcycle, volunteering with the Elk’s, and visiting their college kids.

jacquie vick

director of develOPMENt

Jacquie joined the Habitat St. Charles team in March 2023, sharing the mission to “demonstrate the love of Christ” and the belief that everyone deserves a safe, affordable home. Inspired by Jackie Robinson's quote, she believes success comes from positively impacting others.

Passionate about professional growth, Jacquie values education, travel, and experiences that shape perspectives. She has traveled to five continents and cites her journeys as influential in understanding the value of human connections.

Author of *Victoriously Dancing Through Life, Orchestrated by God*, Jacquie has a background in communications, project management, training, and leadership development. She holds an MBA and a master’s in media communications and is originally from Newark, NJ, now living in Saint Louis, MO.

Fifteen years ago, Shana and her husband moved from the D.C. area to St. Charles County, where they have happily settled. With over 30 years of experience in child abuse prevention, homelessness, and affordable housing, Shana is passionate about building strong communities. She believes in aiding less fortunate children and their families, which led her to get involved with Habitat for Humanity.

In her free time, Shana prioritizes family and fosters lasting relationships to help her children understand the importance of community. They stay active with the Competition Dance Team and Select Soccer. While she’s a proud supporter of her hometown Philadelphia Eagles, she also cheers for the Kansas City Chiefs.

jeff woodle

Site SuperVISOR


Jeff joined Habitat for Humanity in December 2023 as a site supervisor. He brings years of project management experience in the construction field and previously owned and managed his own painting business before joining Habitat St. Charles. Jeff is excited to contribute to a larger purpose by helping families create a new cycle filled with hope and supporting the vision that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to live. His favorite part of the week is working alongside homeowners and volunteers from the community.

Jeff has been married for 26 years and has three children: an 11-year-old daughter and two sons, aged 15 and 20. The family enjoys hiking and traveling to national parks together. When he is not at work, Jeff likes to go bicycling whenever he gets the chance.

grant writer & development manager

Maddie is the Grant and Development Services Manager at Habitat St. Charles, where she is committed to advancing the organization's mission. A native of St. Charles, she graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor's degree in English Studies. Maddie joined Habitat St. Charles in 2022 and has a strong passion for community engagement. She thrives on connecting with other nonprofit leaders who share her vision of serving St. Charles County.

Outside work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Nugget. She shares, “I love Habitat St. Charles not only for its strong vision but also for the opportunity to work alongside compassionate and driven individuals who encourage one another to be the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally.”

marketing communications specialist

Erica is a versatile professional with over 20 years of experience in design, development, education, marketing, community engagement, and event planning. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Specialist, Erica has honed her expertise in managing strategies and marketing initiatives and organizing impactful events. Her work has helped establish valuable partnerships with business leaders, local communities, and educational institutions.

Erica holds a BFA in Graphic Design, an MA in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, and an MAT in Elementary Education, all from Lindenwood University. Erica is passionate about continuous learning, education, and community improvement. Outside of her professional endeavors, Erica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and traveling.

Jan spent 30 years in education as a middle school history teacher (go Fort Zumwalt North Middle!). After retiring in 2010, she began volunteering in the community and eventually began working several days a week at the Habitat office. She is excited to join the staff and help in Habitat’s mission to provide decent, affordable housing for families in St. Charles County.

When not at the Habitat office, you will find Jan following her beloved St. Louis Cardinals, making music, working with her church, and keeping up with the latest adventures of her nieces and nephews.

Stefani has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields. She comes to Habitat St. Charles ready for a new adventure. She is most excited about being a part of helping change lives and future family legacies for the better!
