YOU DON’T HAVE TO LIFT A HAMMER TO HELP.
You’ll learn about our mission and help us sell donated reusable building materials, appliances, and furniture to raise money for Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County.
THINGS TO DO AT THE RESTORE
Our volunteers are a vital part to the success of our ReStore. We have a lot of roles to fill– from customer service to creating DIY projects, organizing stock, or working in our donation receiving bay.
You’ll gain knowledge in the basic day to day operations of our ReStore and be able to learn about the ever-changing inventory that stocks our shelves.
We’ll assess your natural abilities to find a place where you’ll fit in, and give you a role that fits your interest.
THE FIRST STEP
The first step is to sign-up online for an orientation class..
Orientation classes are required before you are allowed to work a shift in the store. Classes are held Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 pm and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 am at the ReStore.
Following your orientation class, you will be able to sign-up online for any available shift. Come on, check us out. We’d love to meet you!
